Auf dem Grundstück der damaligen Bismarckstr. 23b (heute: Goethestr. 23b) stand bis zu seiner Zerstörung ein 2-stöckiges Wohnhaus, das von 1923-1930 der Familie Löwenthal gehörte. Hermann Löwenthal (1895-1943) lebte mit seiner Ehefrau Hertha (1900-1943) und Tochter Lilli (geb. 1924) von 1923-1936 in der 1.
